KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieving Sales Target
• To appoint Stockiest in assigned area as per company norms
• Keeping track on Primary and secondary sales targets
• Handling team of Sales Representative
• To give rates on day-to day basis to all Distributors
• Co-ordination with logistics and depot for proper flow and distribution of stock
• To do redistribution in retail market on day-to-day basis
• Prompt payment follow up
• Rotation of stocks at retails as well as at distributor point on FIFO basis
• Training, developing and motivating the Sales Representative
