About the Role:Overall responsibilities of the territory for achieving quantitative & qualitative objectives adhering to company policies, systems, quality standards etc.Main Responsibilities:a. Plan & achieve monthly, quarterly & annual volume targetsb. Achieve distribution & in store execution (visibility) objectivesc. Ensure quality of products at distributor & traded. Train & lead the front line sales force (DO)e. Distributor & customer (retail & WS) management Who we are looking for:Graduate (Bachelor's degree) with 2 to 5 years’ experience Previous experience in the FMCG segment will be a plus Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatoryProven sales experience with a track record of fulfilling targets Knowledge of commercial and office software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) Job Referral Code: CHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
