Job Description
Minimum 2+ Years of B2B Sales Experience in Edible Nuts (preferably Cashew Kernels) in Rajasthan
Responsibilities
Develop Key Wholesalers in Jaipur (Rajasthan):
o Establish at least 5 wholesalers in Rajasthan
o Facilitate Sales based on the best bids from the wholesalers
o Meet the Sales Targets on weekly basis & negotiate the best price possible
o Nurture the relationship with the wholesalers by incentivizing monthly sales targets
o Forecast Sales Plan and co-ordinate with Logistics and Processing teams
o Enhance the wholesaler account base monthly
o Study the supply chain from the wholesaler to end customer to understand the current trends in consumption
o Establish the demand trends, seasonal/festival demand spikes etc.
o Evaluate our offer product portfolio versus the customer requirements
o Evaluate all the terms and conditions in the purchase orders by the customers Competition Activity:
o Monitor the competition activity
o Monitor the SKU-wise sales by competition Compliance
o Comply with credit limits of the customers
o Comply with the sales budget for the financial year Reporting
o Daily Reporting of Sales
o Weekly Reporting of competition activity, demand, and consumption trends
o Any specific reporting required by the finance team, on time-to-time basis Other Soft Skills:
o Well versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
o Fluency in Languages: English & Hindi (Compulsory)
