About the Role
GrowFund is looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to support brand awareness, lead generation, customer outreach, partnerships, and digital marketing. The role combines practical marketing work with direct communication across small business and financial-service networks.
Key Responsibilities
Support marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, and partner channels.
Create clear marketing content for websites, campaigns, presentations, and outreach.
Identify and contact small business owners, entrepreneurs, and potential partners.
Support lead generation, follow-up, and CRM updates.
Assist with webinars, workshops, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Conduct market, audience, and competitor research.
Track campaign results, leads, and engagement.
Support outreach to incubators, business associations, advisors, and community organizations.
Maintain marketing materials, email templates, and campaign records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in marketing, sales support, business development, or customer outreach.
Familiarity with social media marketing, email campaigns, Google Ads, LinkedIn, or CRM tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain financial and technology services in clear, simple language.
Comfortable working with lead lists, campaign reports, and performance data.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with fintech, SaaS, startups, financial services, or small business markets is an asset.
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vancouver, BC
