Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Marketing Manager, based in Faridabad, India. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities will include market research, competitor analysis, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with the design and production teams to meet client needs effectively.
Qualifications
• Proven sales and business development skills to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Strong marketing expertise, including strategic planning, market research, and competitor analysis
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in negotiation, account management, and sales reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design and production
• Experience in the wiring harness or related manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
