Marketing & Sales Manager (Food & Beverage)
At Mio Cucina, Sales and Marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing & Sales Manager.
Job Summary:
This position demands a passionate and self-motivated professional who believes in the brand and loves such challenges. This role requires developing market and sales strategies to promote our products and generate sales. The role encompasses creative, analytical, digital, commercial, and administrative responsibilities with the ultimate objective to tap customers. You will be required to work closely with all stakeholders in order to promote the sales of our products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Understand and establish a database of target markets and devise strategies to tap them.
Ø Develop marketing & sales strategies and set goals to achieve them.
Ø Develop plans for promotion, advertising, and sales across all media and channels.
Ø Participate in negotiations with agents and distributors and customers and assist in setting pricing policies and sales offers.
Ø Study customer complaints and respond.
Ø After sales supervision and analysis.
Ø Submit periodic MIS for Sales and Marketing.
Key Requirements & Skills:
Ø High fluency in spoken and written English and spoken Hindi.
Ø Strong organizational, time-management and people skills.
Ø Proven experience as Marketing & Sales Manager or similar role preferably in the HORECA/Retail industry.
Ø Good understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
Ø Ability to independently develop presentations, present ideas.
Ø Proficient in MS Office and marketing/sales tools.
Ø High level of comfort and compatibility with social media and web analytics
Educational Qualification and Experience:
ü Female Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing & Sales
ü Age bracket: 30-40 years
ü Minimum 7-10 years experience in marketing/sales/trade fields within F&B, HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) and/or Retail industry.
ü Experience with a Food Service/ Horeca brand is an added advantage.
Remuneration: 6-8 lakhs CTC per annum
