Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through integrated sales and marketing initiatives. This role oversees the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, supports branch sales strategies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to promote banking products and services. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, segmenting target audiences, coordinating promotional activities, and tracking campaign performance against growth objectives. The Sales Marketing Manager will work closely with branch leadership to develop localized sales plans, optimize customer experiences, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. The role also involves managing relationships with external vendors, preparing reports and presentations for senior management, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing management within financial services or a related industry.
• Strong skills in market analysis, customer segmentation, and campaign planning, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and in-branch promotions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in or with branch networks, and familiarity with retail banking products and customer needs is preferred.
