Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive from Bikaner to join our high-performing field sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying prospects, closing deals, and building long-term customer relationships in Bikaner territory.
Location: Bikaner Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-Time Field Sales
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (In-hand)
Experience Required: 2 – 6+ Years
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass and Above
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and close leads through cold calling, presentations, and field visits in Bikaner
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and nurture client relationships to maximize repeat business
• Develop innovative sales strategies to increase conversions
• Regularly report performance metrics and market insights to management
• Maintain and update a robust client database and follow up effectively
Job Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass and above can apply this job.
• 2 to 6+ years of experience in field sales or marketing in Bikaner.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities and client-focused mindset
• Proficient in using computers and CRM tools
