Job Description
Healthy Homes is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive with strong technical and field knowledge in waterproofing and civil restoration works. The candidate should be capable of handling client coordination, business development, site visits, and project-related communication independently.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and develop business opportunities for waterproofing and civil restoration projects
Conduct site visits within Kolkata city limits
Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and client presentations
Coordinate with technical and execution teams for smooth project handling
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in waterproofing, civil restoration, construction chemicals, or related civil industry
Minimum qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali
Good knowledge of waterproofing systems and allied civil works
Immediate joiners preferred
