Job Opening : Sales Executive (Bulk SMS & WhatsApp Business API) Company : SandeshServices.com We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with prior experience in the Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, or CPaaS industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of enterprise messaging solutions and a proven ability to generate new business. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and field visits. Promote and sell Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, Voice Call, and related communication solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform features to prospective clients. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable messaging solutions. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the technical support team for customer onboarding and implementation. Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports. Required Qualifications Minimum 1β3 years of experience in Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, CPaaS, SaaS, or enterprise software sales. Strong knowledge of SMS, WhatsApp Business API, DLT, messaging solutions, and digital communication products. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to generate leads and close deals independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in English and Hindi. Preferred Qualifications Candidates who have previously worked with Bulk SMS providers, WhatsApp Business API providers, CPaaS companies, SMS gateway companies, or Omnichannel communication platforms will be given preference.
