Job Description
• Pricing Model & Revenue Model considering typical requirements like short/long term sustainability, competitiveness, business scalability, and customer Retention.
• Effective Sales and Marketing Strategy to meet the monthly sales targets
• Market Research
• Evaluating existing operations to recommend best practices. Review existing business and marketing strategies and suggest Areas of Improvement and new initiatives.
• Identifying the b2b marketing opportunities
• Act as a team lead to provide input into the strategic direction of the business, the functionality and launch of new products and services
• Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities
• Providing specialist support through workshops, seminars, and promotional activities
• Advertising our products through different marketing means such as social medias, networks, exhibitions and more.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience as sales and marketing manager or similar sales role in the software/telecom sector (B2B) to lead and motivate the team.
• Proven milestones
• Influencing and Negotiation Skills
• Organised and strong time management skills
• Good communication skills with pleasing personality
• Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
CTC: Fixed (or hourly) monthly compensation + Performance linked incentives + ESOPs.
