Job description
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue across hotel properties.
• Build and manage B2B relationships with luxury travel agents, OTAs, corporates, and wedding planners.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities in domestic (metros) and international segments.
• Lead a team of regional sales managers and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, and operations teams for cohesive brand messaging and service delivery.
• Regular travel to North Eastern properties and key feeder markets required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
