Job Description
Our client is a mid-sized chemicals marketing organization The product portfolio comprises of a mixed basket of specialty and commodity chemicals, imported from various countries viz. Germany, Japan, Russia and China
We are looking for ‘Sales Manager/Sr Sales Manager’, who aspires to take a challenging assignment of independently running and growing the market of various imported specialty chemicals
Job Title: Sales Manager/ Sr. Sales Manager – Chemicals - Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading and guiding a team of salespeople in an organization
• Set sales goals & quotas, build a sales plan, analyze data, assign sales training and sales territories, mentor the members of sales team
• Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
• Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
• Analyze sales statistics
• Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services
• Determine discount rates or special pricing plans
• Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staffKey Skills:Key skill:
Good spoken / written communications skills and willingness to travel across India are essential.
Mandatory: chemical raw material sales, B2B

Experience:
For SM - 6-+ years
For Sr. SM +-12 years
Job Location: Mumbai, Ghatkopar East
Qualification: BE / B. Tech - Chemicals, B. Sc. (Chem) or Diploma in Chem. Engineering
Industry – Chemicals
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
Relocation candidates: No
