Responsibilities

Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that align with sales goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management on performance against targets.
Experience

Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably as a Sales Director or similar position.
Strong background in outside sales, account management, and technical sales.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Familiarity with technology products or services is highly desirable.
