Interview Vector is seeking an ambitious Lead- Sales Development / Sales Development Manager to drive our sales expansion across US Market. In this key role, you won't just lead-you'll build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) from the ground up.
What you'll do:
• Be the Strategy Leader: Own, design, and execute the lead generation process for US market, ensuring a steady pipeline for growth.
• Generate Top-Tier Leads: Personally prospect and qualify leads, while guiding your team to consistently hit targets.
• Mentor Guide: Coach a team of SDRs to excel in prospecting, qualifying leads, and achieving targets.
• Full Ownership: Manage the entire pre-sales journey, from the first outreach to delivering high-quality, qualified leads to Account Executives.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and optimize our approach.
The ideal candidate profile:
• Experience: 5+ years in SDR roles, including leadership in B2B SaaS, with hands-on experience in the US market.
• Ownership: Thrives in a startup environment, taking initiative to build processes and drive results.
• Adept Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written skills, especially in engaging senior US decision-makers.
• Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyze sales data, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to guide the team.
• Shift: Should be comfortable working in the US shift
