Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and a deep understanding of the industry. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading a team of tele callers and Medical Representatives (M.R.’s), driving them to achieve monthly sales targets. Handling and nurturing relationships with key retail clients on an individual basis and meticulously planning store-wise sales strategies are crucial aspects of this role.

Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of tele callers and Medical Representatives (M.R.’s), providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and devise action plans to capitalize on them.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients, understanding their needs and requirements. Conduct regular meetings and negotiations to secure business and foster long-term partnerships.
• Store-wise Sales Planning: Strategically plan sales activities on a store-by-store basis, taking into account factors such as location, demographics, and product demand. Implement targeted promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales growth.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales metrics, trends, and forecasts.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to the sales team, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. Conduct performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to support individual growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
