Location : Hyderabad, Indore, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Delhi
JOB DESCRIPTION:The incumbent will be responsible for building a strong retail lending business of Personal Loans bysourcing, onboarding and maintaining relationships with Channel Partners and Customers. Source and on-board new channels, connectors etc. to increase penetration in the allocatedareaMaintain positive business relationships with Channel Partners and Bank back office teamsTrain and support Channel Partners on a regular basis to ensure maximum productivityConduct activities across Corporate, Malls, Railway Station etc. to generate new leads forCompanys products and servicesSource, guide and assist customers to select the most suitable product, basis the profile andBank/Lender policies. Ensure the timely completion of applications and relevant documents sourced, by promptlycoordinating with Channel Partners and CustomersAchieve the targets as per the work profile and geographyPromote and sell/ cross sell products/services using in depth product knowledgeExpedite the resolution to the problems or complaints to maximize customer/channel partnersatisfactionCoordinate with Bank and in-house team to accelerate the work processReach out to old and new customers with various products offers and pitch them the benefitsMaintain and timely update of the records as per the task assigned THANKS & REGARDS HR
