Sales Manager - LAP
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and support to enhance their productivity and skill sets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential clients, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the LAP market.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to LAP products.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and marketing teams to optimize product offerings, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, maintaining a positive company image.
• Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand market reach.
Job Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or team lead role within the Loan Against Property (LAP) or secured lending segment.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of LAP products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales force.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ethical conduct and a customer-centric approach.
