The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves promoting Thyrocare’s diagnostic services, expanding the franchise network, and ensuring seamless operational execution in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and local labs
• Promote Thyrocare franchise and services to generate business opportunities
• Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing and territory development
• Ensure operational compliance in sales, marketing, logistics, and pricing
• Build brand awareness and visibility within the assigned zone
• Manage sales targets and performance metrics
• Support business development through networking and client engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of diagnostics or healthcare markets
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions
