Responsibilitie
s: Managing the daily operation of the call center to meet sales targets and in line with the Company's objectives and strategi
es:Develop procedures and policies for the sales team to ensure target achieveme
nt.Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team to meet sales targe
ts.Create effective call scripts and sales promotions to attract and engage custome
rs.Analyze sales data to improve processes, ensure proper resource allocation, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfacti
on.Monitor random calls to enhance quality, minimize errors, and track operational performan
ce.Ensure all relevant communications and data are updated and recorded accurate
ly.Review staff performance, identify coaching needs, and plan coaching sessio
ns.Handle the most complex customer complaints or inquiri
es.Support subordinates in resolving difficult issues and provide appropriate directio
ns.Evaluate staff on KPIs at year-end and set new KPIs for the following ye
