Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations. The role will also involve collaborating with the design and operations teams to align client expectations with project delivery, tracking market trends and competitor activity, and providing regular performance reports and forecasts to leadership.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in interior design, furniture, architecture, or related premium lifestyle segments.
• Strong client relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with homeowners.
• Ability to manage a structured sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including preparing proposals, sales decks, and commercial terms.
• Solid understanding of project-based services, timelines, and budgets, with the ability to coordinate effectively with design, production, and installation teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and online collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a goal-oriented approach and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Interest in interior design, furniture, and contemporary aesthetics, with a willingness to learn product and design details to support consultative selling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Architecture, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
