• Tracking transaction volumes and ensuring all expected volumes are captured accurately.
• Promoting large-scale adoption of the solution across clients in each vertical.
• Providing training to relationship managers and sales executives on CMS products.
• Ensuring timely collection of relevant documents from customers and resolving any deficiencies promptly.
• Working collaboratively with other segment managers to offer integrated solutions.
