About Pyrotech Workspace Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Pyrotech Workspace Solutions was established in 2006 with a clear vision to provide world-class Control Rooms and Control Desks Solutions. With just a small but highly dedicated team of 14 people, we have grown into an experienced and a professional team of 400 employees in a span of 14 years. We are a team, passionate towards producing “Beyond the Obvious “results in the prestigious control room industry. Headquartered in Udaipur (beautiful city of lakes), we offer Control Room and Control Desk Design solutions for almost all the industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power & Transmission, Manufacturing & Process Control, Security & Surveillance, Transport, and Traffic Control Rooms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • To develop product specifications for the company targeting Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Developers & Govt. Departments. • Actively create new business opportunities for sales team. • Relationship building and on-going project management with key EPCC contractors. • Market research and analysis to estimate the demand for new products or revised specifications for existing products. • Increase market awareness of the company & the brand in the region. Skill / Competencies Required: • Prospective candidate must have at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Door Business or Building and Construction Industry. • Good understanding of the Project Sales. • Excellent communication skills. • Solid experience in New Business Development. • Good contacts with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Developers & Govt. departments to secure approval & specification for company’s products. • Capability to attract new business and winning projects. • Creative and lateral thinker. • Business acumen. • Should be able to guide, negotiate and influence various stake holders. • Capable to work autonomously and as a part of team. • Strong analytical skills and crisis management skills. • Handled government projects - knows about specification process.
