As a Sales Management Trainee, you will begin by learning the fundamentals of sales, customer acquisition, brand representation, and team development. Successful trainees will have the opportunity to advance into leadership and management roles based on performance, professionalism, and demonstrated leadership ability.
Responsibilities
Represent the organization professionally to local businesses
Develop strong communication and relationship-building skills
Participate in sales and marketing campaigns
Generate new business opportunities and customer relationships
Learn team management, leadership, and coaching techniques
Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding initiatives
Track performance metrics and contribute to team goals
Work closely with leadership to develop management skills
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
