Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• MBA is preferred
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the building materials or construction industry
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite
