Your role:

We’re on the lookout for an organized and proactive Learning Development Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales LD team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help deliver impactful training experiences across DuluxGroup, supporting our mission to upskill our Sales teams, enhance customer experience, and maintain our competitive edge. If you're passionate about learning and development, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

You’ll coordinate and support the delivery of learning programs, manage calendars and platforms, update content, and bring learning initiatives to life across a variety of formats – from webinars and workshops to micro-learning and coaching. You’ll also play a key role in reporting, analysis, and communications to ensure our programs are relevant, engaging, and continuously evolving. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your strong administrative, organizational, and stakeholder management skills to a role that makes a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the delivery of Sales LD training programs across the business.
Manage training calendars, course offerings, and logistics including LMS, catering, and communication.
Support reporting and analysis to track engagement, performance, and learning insights.
Keep learning content and materials updated, including toolkits, workbooks, and templates.
Drive communication strategies to maximise awareness, engagement, and participation in LD initiatives.

Skills Experience

Strong administrative or coordination experience—background in HR or recruitment admin is highly regarded.
Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
Great communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to work across stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors).
Passion for learning and innovation, with a growth mindset and eagerness to streamline processes.
