Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Roofing & Exterior Claims Company: All Heart Roofing and Exteriors Location: Central Alberta (Red Deer, Blackfalds, Lacombe & surrounding areas) Compensation: Commission-Based – High Earning Potential Job Type: Full-Time / Flexible Hours Job Overview All Heart Roofing and Exteriors is looking for motivated, outgoing, and driven sales representatives to join our growing team. This is NOT traditional cold door knocking. We provide you with: - Warm lead areas - Pre-sent bid mailers - Storm and wind damage target zones - Homeowner information packages - Training and scripts - Support with inspections and insurance claims Your job is simple: - Knock targeted doors - Speak with homeowners - Identify potential wind or storm damage - Book inspections - Help homeowners through the insurance claim process Most homeowners you visit will have already received our mailers, making conversations significantly easier. What You'll Be Doing - Canvassing neighborhoods after wind and storm events - Looking for visible roof and siding damage - Educating homeowners on insurance-covered damage - Setting appointments for inspections - Building rapport and representing the company professionally - Following up with homeowners and helping move jobs forward What We're Looking For - Strong communication skills - Confidence speaking to homeowners - Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset - Reliable transportation - Ability to work independently - Sales experience is an asset but NOT required If you can talk to people, handle rejection, and stay consistent, you can make serious money in this role.
