Committed to delivering high-quality service and utilizing strong communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art systems.
Ability to accurately identify client issues, interpret them, and propose solutions based on in-depth product knowledge.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Financial Applications and Service Desk Voice Support
Excellent English communication
Educational Qualification: MCA/B-Tech/B.Com/MBA-Finanace/M.com
Roles & Responsibilities
Providing clients with service desk voice support, utilizing deep product knowledge to resolve issues.
Managing service desk operations and ensuring high system performance while effectively communicating with clients.
Interpreting and formulating resolutions for client issues, leveraging strong communication skills and product expertise.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills
Required Skills: Service Desk Voice Support, Service Desk Management
Solid understanding of IT operations and support processes.
Experience with incident management and problem management processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
