Job Requirements
Looking for a strong, experienced Sales professional with an experience in General trade, Modern trade, Sales, strategy, planning, execution, market feedback , analysis overall business vertical distribution, carries hardcore expertise in developing and achieving sales numbers and has built an entire distribution line infrastructure for new markets new business avenues.
Candidate must have the skillset of a self-motivated professional and possess a good business scaling experience with manage business as leadership role. Candidate must have 15 years plus Sales experience with mentioned domain and segment.
Job Responsibilities
• To launch Ice Cream segment and division at mentioned states as focus new markets.
• Responsible of P L of respective territories, new markets, new products launch development of brand.
• Responsible for the top line of the Division.
• Development of Infrastructure sales network of Ice Cream division.
• Management of overall business operations.
• Set up sales systems procedures.
• Ensure with implementation of full-proof Ice cream cold chain systems thru network.
• Having successful track record of sales, mentioned markets products launches in mentioned territory.
• Responsible to ensure the Ice cream sales in line with the market business requirement.
• Maximum utilization in a clean and hygienic environment, execution of overall storage, distribution, sales marketing of Ice cream products and ensure to promote, develop and expand the business to new territories with an objective to achieve the budgeted targets of the company.
• Appointments of business partners i.e. CF, SS, Distributors dealers thru sales team in line with business objectives and solely responsible for task.
• Strategic inputs, planning and execution with developing new distributors / dealers enrollment/recruitment with entire sales staff from ground level to mid-level to senior level in consultation with HR Management.
• Responsible for distributors, business partners ROI and asset thruput.
• Monitoring of sales asset.
• System set up to assess the performance and make all out efforts in motivating the team to achieve the targets. Identification and exploration of new products/variants will also be a part of the role in connection with market trend and with competition review.
• Statutory compliance / Internal audits of respective areas.
• Meeting customer demands on time and build the distribution infrastructure.
• Taking care of launching in routine all kind of below the line activity ie retail branding execution thru vendors sales team, appointment of BTL vendors. Event, exhibition, in shop as well all kind of BTL activation participation etc. Person will be part of end-to-end BTL work ie pertaining to BTL planning, implementation, feedback analysis.
• Accountable for BTL activity output and proper budget utilization in connection with sales support thru sales staff.
• BTL activity to be plan in preview of business objectives and to feed market with as sales support function.
