Complete People Management (Recruiting, Monitoring, Coaching and Motivating) responsibilities for a team of Sales/ Account Management.
Provide feedback and market requirements to strategic business units to drive product innovation and improved market competitiveness.
Overall responsibility for Sales/Account Management/Sales targets to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives.
Provide structured programs and processes to guide the Sales team
Modify and execute comprehensive reporting programs to track performance, and guide and measure success of sales activities.
Develop strategies and tactics to maximize growth opportunities and continually strengthen market share and revenue achievement.
Provide on-going guidance and mentoring to the Sales team
Develop and maintain market intelligence and an understanding of market trends and client business needs.
