JobDescription:
TheSales Head is responsible for leading and managing the sales team,developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenuegrowth for the company.
Rolesand Responsibilities:
• Developand implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve thecompany's sales objectives.
• Identify newmarket opportunities, customer segments, and emerging trends todrive revenue growth.
• Set sales targets andgoals, and establish sales forecasts andbudgets.
• Monitor market trends, competitoractivities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the salesteam to achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide guidance and support to the salesteam, including setting sales quotas, territories, and performancemetrics.
• Conduct regular performanceevaluations and provide constructive feedback andcoaching.
• Develop and implement trainingprograms to enhance the sales team's skills and product knowledge.
• Monitor sales performance against targets andprovide regular reports to the senior management team.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identifyopportunities for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
• Conduct regular business reviews with keyclients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunitiesfor upselling andcross-selling.
