• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with

the company's goals and market trends.
• Set ambitious sales targets and objectives for the sales team.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance,

training, and support to maximize their potential.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the

team.
• Market Expansion:
• Identify New Market Opportunities, target segments, and geographic

areas for business expansion.
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and

acquire new clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding

their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and

professional manner.
• Sales Process Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal

closure, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor and track sales activities, pipeline, and progress toward

targets.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a deep understanding of our construction equipment products,

features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to

clients.
• Negotiation and Deal Closure:
• Lead negotiations with clients, addressing pricing, terms, and

contractual agreements to secure profitable deals.
• Ensure all deals adhere to company policies and standards.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate closely with marketing, service, and finance teams to align

sales efforts with broader company strategies.
• Communicate market insights, client feedback, and competitive

intelligence to inform product and service enhancements.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Regularly analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for

improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior

management.
