Job Description
The responsibilities of Sales Fresher would be and not limited to:
·Selling Voice, SMS and Cloud based platform services to enterprise customers, resellers, wholesalers, Telecom operators, aggregators, BPOs etc.
.Achieving monthly sales targets and delivering gross margins to the company.
·Creating and executing, cold calling and email- based marketing campaigns.
·Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
·Responding to customer requirements professionally and furnishing them with information on product and services or obtain details of the complaints/concerns.
·Build trust and sustainable relationship with customers through interactive communication.
·Record details of customer interactions, queries, complaints, comments/feedback
·Route concerns that require immediate/special attention to concerned departments
·Follow up to ensure necessary actions are taken and customer issues resolved in least time.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
