Job Description
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in educational sales, particularly in short-term professional and skill development programs.
About the Role
This role is centered around driving enrollments for our short-term courses. You will engage with prospective learners, understand their career and upskilling goals, and guide them toward the right programs—ultimately converting inquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate, manage, and convert leads for short-term courses
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and working professionals
• Recommend suitable programs aligned with learner goals
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups
• Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat enrollments and referrals
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in education sales, training institutes, or short-course enrollments
• Strong communication, counselling, and closing skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of professional certifications and upskilling programs
• Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
