About the Company
Company manufactures recycled plastic ply sheets, pallets and other products as durable, water
resistant alternatives to wooden ply and pallets, for construction, warehousing, packaging, logistics and
factory use.
Role Overview
We need a sales professional who understands the recycled plastic ply and pallet market and can
generate B2B sales from dealers, distributors, contractors, factories, warehouses, builders and
procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
?Generate leads and convert customers for plastic ply sheets, pallets and related products.
?Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, warehouses and factories for direct B2B sales.
?Explain durability, water resistance, reuse value and cost benefits versus wood.
?Build a dealer/distributor network and follow up for repeat orders.
?Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, collect purchase orders and coordinate dispatch.
?Track enquiries, maintain the sales pipeline and report activity.
?Support product demos, sample placement and site visits.
?Assist with payment follow-up and after-sales service.
Candidate Requirements
?Experience selling recycled plastic ply, pallets, sheets, building materials or industrial
packaging.
?Contacts with dealers, contractors, construction buyers, factories or procurement departments
preferred.
?Ability to explain technical advantages in simple commercial language.
?Strong negotiation, follow-up and closing skills.
?Willing to travel locally/regionally for customer and dealer visits.
?Comfortable with phone, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools.
?Honest, disciplined and able to work independently with regular reporting.
Preferred Background
?Sales to construction, industrial, logistics, warehousing, packaging, furniture or government
buyers.
?Experience in channel sales, dealer appointment, field visits or bulk order conversion.
