Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Axis Bank ? Panaji. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of financial products and services to potential customers of Panaji town.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of banking products and services with graduation.

Location: Panaji, Goa (Nearby Branch)
Salary: Up to 6.00 LPA
Time: Banking Hours
Qualification: Graduation from Relevant Stream
Experience: 1+ Year Sales Background
Responsibilities at Axis Bank ? Panaji:
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote and sell banking products and services to prospective customers.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
• Generate leads through various marketing channels, including referrals, events, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest banking products and services, as well as industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in BA, BCOM, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
