Position : Sales Executive (Only For Men)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position: Job Executive
Working Hours: + hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) Night Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: ?15,000 per month (fixed) + performance-based incentives
Location: Near Rohini Metro station
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction: o Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients via phone, email, or online platforms. o Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions.
2. Administrative Tasks: o Maintain and update records in the company’s CRM or database system. o Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports as required by the management.
3. Coordination and Support: o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of services. o Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and other operational activities.
4. Process Management: o Adhere to company policies and processes while performing assigned duties. o Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
5. Problem-Solving: o Resolve client or operational issues promptly, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
