Job Description
Process invoices, bills, and payment records accurately.Enter data and maintain digital and physical filing systems.Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal calendars.Act as a bridge between management, field staff, and front-office teams.Handle client or vendor queries via phone and email.Track office supplies and assist with basic inventory control.Required Skills & QualificationsHigh school pass or a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic database systems.Good verbal and written communication abilities.High attention to detail and strong time-management skills.Ability to work well in a team environment.
