Responsibilities and Duties
1. This is a field sales role & we are looking for aggressive executives who desire to succeed quickly in their careers.
2. Cold call customers understand their requirements and propose a project that suits them the best.
3. Accompanying the customers for site visits, Explaining the features of the projects and help them in decision making
4. Develop a network with customers and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales.
5. Responsible for 100% achievement of sales target assigned through a cold call, references, etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1. Must be fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi, Other local languages would be an added advantage.
2. Two wheeler is compulsory for Site Visit, fuel reimbursement will be provided.
3. Interpersonal telecommunication and persuading skills are the most preferred skills.
4. Work experience of 1 year in Real Estate Industry a plus.
5. Confident Freshers can apply.
5. Minimum of a bachelors degree.
