• Generate leads through promotional activities and footfall at dealership locations
• Manage dealership-related activities and handle in-person customer inquiries
• Collect customer information and documents required for loan application processing
• Ensure timely application processing and follow-up for approvals
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
• Explore favorable cross-selling opportunities of financial products at Sundaram Finance Ltd.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth disbursement and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or automotive finance
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of loan products and the local market dynamics
• Enthusiastic and organized with a logical approach to problem-solving
• Quick adaptability to new products and market trends
• Ability to assess and manage risks associated with credit and customer profiles
