Sales Executive – Industrial Sales (CNC Machining & Precision Components)
Location
Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Field + Office)
About the Role
Micrometal Engineering Industries is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help acquire new manufacturing customers across NCR and nearby industrial regions. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, generating leads, arranging meetings, following up on quotations, and building long-term relationships with factories.
This is a field-oriented B2B sales role with significant growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
• Identify manufacturing companies in NCR and nearby industrial clusters.
• Research potential customers using Google, IndiaMART, LinkedIn, industrial directories, and other sources.
• Build and maintain a database of prospects.
Outreach
• Cold call potential customers.
• Send introductory emails.
• Connect with purchase managers, sourcing teams, and plant heads.
• Follow up regularly with prospects.
Business Development
• Schedule meetings and factory visits.
• Introduce MicroMetal's machining capabilities.
• Collect RFQs, drawings, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the internal team for quotations.
Relationship Management
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
• Ensure timely follow-ups.
• Help convert enquiries into repeat business.
CRM & Reporting
• Update daily activities in CRM/Excel.
• Maintain records of:
• Calls made
• Meetings conducted
• RFQs received
• Quotations sent
• Orders won
Submit a daily and weekly sales report.
Daily KPIs
• outbound calls
• follow-up calls
• new companies researched
• new decision-makers identified
• emails sent
• customer meetings or factory visits
• RFQs generated every week
Required Skills
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred)
• Confident speaking over the phone
• Good negotiation skills
• Comfortable visiting industrial areas and factories
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email)
• Ability to work independently
• Strong follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn may also apply
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred
