Qualification – Any Graduate
Experience-Minimum 1 year experience in sales

Key ð 'ontributions
• Direct sales of Investment and Insurance products
• Recruit New partner/ Associates for Insurance & Investment Business
• New Client acquisition and relationship Management
• Develop Partner/Associates through coaching, training, team management and support, etc.
• Drive Partner/Associates to recruit advisors in their team, make them active on business month-on-month, drive higher case rate per active advisor and case to achieve business targets
• Undertake activities like Presentations to built up sales and adding New Clients.
