Mon–Sat 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Non-Travel Days)
About the Role
We are hiring Sales Executives to build and grow the private sector business for engineering solutions and simulation software across Bangalore and Hyderabad. This is a high-ownership, hunter role focused on generating new business opportunities within private R&D labs, engineering centres, aerospace companies, EV manufacturers, and telecom organisations.
You will own your territory from day one—building relationships with technical stakeholders, driving end-to-end sales cycles, and closing high-value engineering solution deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across private R&D labs, engineering firms, and manufacturing companies
• Generate and nurture leads through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-ups
• Manage the complete sales cycle for engineering solutions, simulation software, and test & measurement products
• Build relationships with engineers, R&D heads, and decision-makers to drive business growth
• Coordinate with technical teams for product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements
• Maintain accurate pipeline reports and provide regular updates on territory performance
• Leverage existing industry relationships within government, defense, or PSU sectors where applicable
Who Can Apply
• 1–5 years of experience in B2B or technical sales
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in lead generation, business development, and end-to-end sales management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Candidates based in Bangalore or Hyderabad and willing to travel extensively within their region
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
