Job Purpose
To drive domestic sales of frozen vegetables by developing new customers, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets and expanding the company's domestic market.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and achieve monthly and annual domestic sales targets.
· Identify and develop new customers, distributors, wholesalers, institutional buyers and food-service customers.
· Manage existing customer relationships and generate repeat business.
· Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, orders and regular follow-ups.
· Coordinate with Production, QA, Cold Storage, Dispatch and Accounts for timely order fulfilment.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.
· Follow up on customer payments and outstanding amounts.
· Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
· Prepare regular sales, customer and market reports for management.
· Conduct customer and market visits as required for business development.
Required Skills
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
· Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
· Good knowledge of FMCG / Frozen Food sales.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
· Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
· Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.
