Having evolved from an offline model to a franchise system and online platform, the company now integrates its program into schools to maximize impact. Their in-school initiative, RESPOND RIGHT SMART SCHOOL, is the first of its kind worldwide, featuring 12 to 15 interactive activities for right brain development conducted weekly. Respond Right Education is dedicated to revolutionizing early education by enhancing cognitive and creative growth in children.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Goregaon. The Sales Executive will manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include promoting the RESPOND RIGHT SMART SCHOOL program, generating leads, meeting sales targets, collaborating with educational institutions, and developing sales strategies to expand market reach. The role involves direct client engagement, presentations, and follow-ups to build partnerships with schools and other educational organizations.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to Strategize and Execute Sales Plans Effectively
• Experience in Team Collaboration and Client Interaction
• Familiarity with the Education Sector is a plus
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work on-site
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
