• Achieving monthly target ProductCPVC, PVC and UPVC piping system. products are used for potable water, irrigation, SWR, conduit, sewer, drain, waste
• Developing new clients finalizing closing the deal with them.
• Follow up for inquiries with clients.
• Calculation of rates (Taking rates from brokers Suppliers, adding margin cost of fund
• and other factors to give competitive offers).
• Making competitive accurate Quotation.
• Negotiation with clients for order and also with the brokers and suppliers for best rates.
• Purchasing at lowest rates with better credit terms and good quality.
• Follow up for delivery with Logistic team and coordinating with customers.
• Delivery material on time with quality requirement of the client.
• Recovery on daily basis.
• Follow up on Debit Note for delay payment.
• Authorizing expense vouchers and forwarding to accounting department within 2 days
• of receipt of documents.
• Updating the market trends daily.
• Managing any dispute related to purchase, sales on priority.
• Submitting internal memo in case of genuine deductions in payment.
• Providing training to assistants as when required.
• Updating of Products, brokers, stockiest, sources, transporters data base.
• Managing filing of documents i.e. Purchase Summary ,Purchase Order ,Won
• quotation, Sales Order, Delivery Order, Delivery Slip, Receipted Challan,
• Solving problems faced by the team
• Maintaining good relationship with brokers suppliers clients etc,
• Ensure timely resolution of queries or complaints of customers
• Achieving Tonnage Targets Generating Profits.
• Achieving New Customers Target.
• Timely recovery of Payments
• Resolving Disputes.
• Timely error-free transaction submission of all types of documents
