Job Description:
We are searching for an engaged inside pre sales Executive to boost sales by reaching out to current
and possible clients.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience
Role Responsibilities:
Tele calling to generated leads on daily basis. Expected daily calls to make 40 to 50 numbers.
Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats,
emails, and inbound calls.
Convert called leads in to qualified leads and prospects with strong follow ups with detailed
product knowledge.
Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
Keep a record of DCR on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Create and accurately maintain pipeline or funnel of Qualified leads, prospects, follows up etc
Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales
service.
Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
Setting up face-to-face meetings or virtual meetings between potential customers
