Location: Remote, India (Night shift, 7 AM-7 PM Pacific)

The Role
This is a pure outbound, text-only SDR role focused on LinkedIn.
Your mission is simple:
Start conversations → create interest → book qualified calls for our closers.
You'll use LinkedIn Recruiter to research prospects, send personalized messages, and generate a steady flow of triage calls from senior tech leaders in the US.
What You'll Do:
Run 100–200 new LinkedIn outreaches per day(connection requests, InMails, and DMs).
Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify the right tech leaders (Managers, Directors, VPs) in our target companies.
Write short, clear, customized messages using our DM frameworks (we will train you).
Start conversations, ask qualifying questions over text, and book triage calls directly into the sales calendar.
Keep basic notes and statuses updated in our tracking system so no interested lead is missed.
Report daily on key numbers: outreaches sent, replies, conversations started, and calls booked.
Continuously test and improve message angles under guidance from the founders.
What Success Looks Like
Consistently hitting 100–200 outbound touches per day.
Hitting a target of 20 qualified triage calls booked per week.
Clean, organized tracking of prospects and conversations.
Messages that get replies from senior tech leaders (Managers → VPs).
Requirements
Based in India, able to work 7 AM–7 PM Pacific(night shift).
Open to freshers or 1+ year experience as SDR / BDR / LinkedIn outbound / cold outreach.
Strong written English; you are comfortable messaging senior professionals and sound sharp in text.
Good understanding of the tech job market(common roles, titles, hiring trends). A tech degree or prior tech experience is a plus.
High tolerance for repetitive, high-volume work. You enjoy seeing your numbers go up.
Coachable, process-driven, and willing to follow proven DM frameworks before "doing it your way."
