Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Wedding Sales Representative to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, generating sales, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining strong relationships with clients for weddings and special events.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and website inquiries
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable wedding/event packages
• Conduct client meetings and venue visits when required
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients regularly
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with decoration, catering, entertainment, and planning teams
• Maintain customer database and sales records
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients and vendors
• Assist in promotional activities, exhibitions, and wedding expos

Required Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Confidence in handling clients and closing deals
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM)
• Ability to work under pressure during wedding seasons
• Professional personality and positive attitude

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
