Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Counselor to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of proven experience in a sales or counseling role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role involves understanding client needs, offering appropriate solutions, and driving successful conversions to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide relevant product or service information.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Provide detailed information on offerings and assist clients through the entire sales process.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high conversion rates.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required).
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, counseling, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
